"Liz text the boys and see if they want to watch a movie tonight? "OK done!" Yelled Liz from across the room. "Hey we should get some treats", I suggested. "Only a little", Liz said. "Your parents will be upset if we are bouncing off the walls". The boys arrived shortly after we got back from the store. They had a bag of treats in their hands. "What are we going to do with all this candy guys? I asked. "My mom can't catch us with this much junk!". "But where will we hide it all?" the boys asked. "Under your ball caps!" Liz and I laughed.
A great light hearted story with some humour at the end. Remember to start a new line every time someone new speaks, and the end punctuation for dialogue is inside the quotation marks.
