Sisterly Love

I love my sister and I'm pretty sure she loves me, but sometimes we get on each others nerves. Like this one time I was pestering her while she was talking on the phone. She said it was a friend but she wouldn't tell me who. I suspected it was a boy since she's at that age now. Being the brat that I am, I yanked the phone out of her hands and sprinted up the stairs as fast as I could. I locked myself in the bathroom with her phone. As the door slammed, I knew she was coming for me!

100WC Week #6

Mad Man

Someone walked up behind me and grabbed me and started threatening me. I lifted up my leg to kick him and swung it back. I started flailing my arms but it was too late. He lifted me and threw me into the water, I landed head first with my legs sticking out. I felt someone tugging my boots to help me, but it was too late. I passed out. I woke up in the emergency room with police and doctors standing outside the doors. They walked in and started asking me questions.

100WC Week 5

Sweet Dreams

It's shaped like the moon, threaded with beautiful shimmery gold beads and feathers that dangle by long black velvety strings. It rests above my bed keeping me from waking up at night. The moonlight shines through my window and casts a silhouette on my wall. I feel relaxed and at ease as I lay my head down, gazing at this magnificent piece of art. As I lay here now staring above me I'm beginning to doze off...I drift away into the deepest of sleeps and let my dreams take me away.

100WC week 4

Double Double

I was working an early shift at Tim Hortons drive thru.
"Good morning, may I take your order?" I asked.
"Yes ma'am, can I get a large double double." he replied.
"Sure thing sir. That will be $1.80 at the next window." Next thing I know, this car drives up to my window. I rubbed my eyes...was I seeing this right?  There was a dog in the driver's seat, and the dog was wearing glasses!  Instead of handing the dog the coffee I chugged it, threw my apron on the ground, then told my boss I was going home!  And then I woke up...
